
Refund Policy
Kingleague only offers refunds under the following conditions:
After confirmation of a transaction, no cancellation is permitted. However, Kingleague reserves the right to allow a user to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid: The user must notify Kingleague via email within 12 hours of making the payment to cancel such payment; Kingleague shall not be liable to refund any amount after that. Kingleague may, at its sole discretion, refund the amount after deducting applicable cancellation fees and taxes to the user.
However, if you charge your card or bank account for a transaction on the Kingleague platform and the amount is not credited to your Kingleague wallets within 48 hours of the completion of the transaction, please notify us by contacting services@kingleague.in from your registered email address. In the email, please include the following information: the mobile number, the transaction value, the transaction date, and the transaction ID.
You will be refunded the money within 5-7 working days from the receipt of your email if Kingleague finds out that money has been charged to your credit card or bank account without the balance in your Kingleague wallet being delivered. Your Kingleague wallet will be credited with all refunds.
